Job Summary

The firm is looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to work on MM M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong deal experience and come from a reputable sell-side M&A firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A advisory 
• Leverage past experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising 
• Assume critical role in the development of transaction materials
• Manage and mentor analysts

Qualifications

• 3+ years IB M&A experience 
• Understanding of M&A mechanics
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Valuation, financial modeling, and analysis experience
• 4-year degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or similar
• Experience with data services such as CapitaIQ, Factset, Pitchbook is a plus
